Martin Ferrell joined UNCSA in January 2017 as the Dean of the High School Academic Program, bringing with him a wealth of experience working in secondary education. Martin taught history and mentored students for more than 16 years in schools in Virginia and Washington, D.C., including serving as History Department Chair at The Miller School is Charlottesville, Virginia. Most recently, he served as Dean of Academics at Hawai‘i Preparatory Academy in Kamuela, Hawaii.
